Insanity Recovery Week – Part One

I am going out of town tomorrow, which means I have to break up this Recovery Week into two parts. There is no way I am bringing Shaun T to New York and bouncing around my friend’s apartment like an idiot. That’s just not happening.

Also, I have to admit, I’m a little scared of what’s about to come. The first half kicked my ass and I’m told the second month is way worse. I can’t even imagine how much jumping he is going to want from me in the coming weeks. I’m okay with putting it off as long as possible.
