Insanity MAX – It Goes On and On
I have to admit I have not been as faithful as I should be with this workout anymore. A lot of a reason is because this half takes about an hour to complete in the morning and that is just too much time. I’ve also always been very, very bad about commitment and I am simply losing interest. It doesn’t help either that I have no lost a single pound during this whole escapade and that is really annoying me. Sure, I can jump more and higher than I could two months ago, but what does that really get me? I don’t spend my free time jumping around, I much prefer sitting still, drinking coffee and eating cookies.
So Insanity goes on, not so much because I’m really into doing it anymore, mostly because I won’t quit until it is officially over.
Okay, that girl needs to fix her panties! And you do the best you can. I got both a home stair stepper (mini) and a mini elliptical and they work for me because I do them when I have time.
Go Girl!
Ha! I didn’t even notice the panties. I was to busy looking at the cookies. And that’s exactly where my priorities are, hence the lack of motivation…
I understand your frustration. It’s irritating when you do all that work and you don’t lose anything.
Think of it this way: At the grocery store I shop at, they usually put the best cookies way up on the top shelves. Now that you can jump higher, you can reach those cookies. 🙂
You bring the cookies and I’ll bring the coffee.
A very good point! But it is more fun to ask the nice, tall young man to get them for me…
