What I’ve Learned from Stephen King
April 2, 2010
- Clowns are really, really awful
- Always stand and be true
- Big, giant spider-things suck even worse than clowns
- Never kill off popular characters
- Maine is damn creepy
- There are other worlds
- Adverbs line the path to Hell
- Don’t trust fluffy, cute Saint Bernards with evil glints in their eyes
- There really are monsters under the bed
- “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
- Always take good care of my Toolbox

Most true about clowns & adverbs. Currently I’m reading “Under the Dome” and am having problems going about my daily life due to how immersed I am in it. Are you reading it also or planning on procuring it? I think it’s one of his best.
I’m reading it now, which I guess inspired the post. It is really good and I kinda don’t want it to end, so I’m trying to stretch it out even though I only have about 200 pages left.
Under the dome is really good. I Like the reference is makes to a certain character from lee child too.
Under the Dome was great and I love when authors do shout outs like that. It is always fun. Thanks so much for stopping by Cameron!
